Im new to Discus and have a couple of questions..Im injecting c02 in my 75 gallon and trying to figure out my c02 level, i just did nutrafin kh and got 70-80 which says-its good for soft water, low acidic fish..I have a Ph of 6 ...Now when i use a Calculator i put in 70 it says its too much Co2 can somebody clarify it for me?? PH 6 KH 70-80 GH is 60 on the nutrifin Gh tester..My water temp is at 83 F is my tank good for discus....Im running a sump underneath and have mag 9 so its turning my tank over 7-8 a hour...Should I remove carbon???? I really appreciate all of your input, I have a santarem discus in there now and hes a pig and neons and other tetras etc..I have the c02 only on in the daytime and shut if off when the 2 54 watts 10,0000 K lights are turned off..just trying to figure out of my tank is Good..

That should be fine. As long as everything stays constant and your discus is eatin like a pig, i wouldnt worry

yea it should be fine, but how much co2 are you adding? Do you have a bubble counter? if so, whats the rate per min?

well that seems like a good diffuser. If thats the case, i'd definitely cut back on the co2. no need for that much-someone correct me if im wrong..
