Need Some Help Deciding When

Ok, I currently have:

4 Senegal Bichirs Between 4 - 6 Inches
2 Butterfly Fish Between 4 - 5 Inches
1 Thai Bumble Bee Catfis About 2 - 3 Inches
1 Bristle Nose About 5 - 6 Inches
1 Asian Stinging Catfish 5 - 6 Inches
1 Girrafe Nosed Catfish 5 - 7 Inches
3 Apollo Sharks At About 3 - 4 Inches
1 Golden Severum about 3 - 4 inches
2 Silver dollars about 3 - 4 Inches

I've bought 2 Leopard Bushfish and they're currently in my 3ft growing tank and they're approx 2 or 3 inch, so what size would i be able to move them into my main tank at? And what should i feed the Leopard Bushfish and are there any ways of sexing them?

i'd say once they hit 4'' no worries you could probably put them in now that girrafe catfish would be the main worrie but its not that big i don't think any body else could eat them

mine likes shrimp, bloodworms, krill night, crawlers and red wigglers also it will eat pellets and of course feeders but i try not to feed them live

no idea how to sex them not sure if theres any size differences between the sexes
