Need Some help on this

Its called black beard/brush algae aka bba.

The main cause of most all algae is light that is to high in intensity and/or for to much duration. This includes a highly lit room from sunlight.

Op. What lights are you using? What rating of intensity? How long do you leave them on for? Any sunlight in the room or Windows?

To get rid of it I'd recommend getting some hydrogen peroxide. Pull out the rocks scrub and rinse them with s stout brush. Then soak them in hydrogen peroxide for an hour heavily. Then rinse and return to the tank. You can also dose the tank with seachem excel. It will help kill it further. The peroxide will kill it on the rocks and decorations and driftwood. You also should do some bigger water changes and reduce/correct the issues with the light. Less intensity and less time.
