My bala was out of the water for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes of me swimming and holding her by the current she started to swim. Now she is swimming very slowly through the middle and is red from her gills to nose. Looks just like blood. I dont know what to do at all..can someone tell me if they know what to do or have had this happen?? Looks much worse than in the picture.

It's hard to say. Any clearer pics? What are your water parameters? Leave it alone for now and do daily water changes by as much as 15%.
