Need some help with a light i just bought

not really sure but i heard low light java ferns do pretty well usually in cases were its low light.
The size/depth of the tank will make quite a difference as to how deep the light will be able to penetrate.
But it does sound like low light plants will be your best option.java fern,jave moss and anubis to name a few.
Do you have 220v? Sounds like a fixture designer for Europe, don't know what goes on in Hawaii but on the mainland we have 110v/60hz
