I would like to have Identities on these two fish..thanks!

first one looks like a afra of some sort, the other i cant think of the name...i have seen them before.

Yeah first one is a OB zebra and the second one is either a labeotropheus fuelleborni or trewavasae. Both are very similar but the fuelleborni tend to be more full bodied were as the trewavasae tend to be more elongated. It is hard to tell from the pic but it is deffinatly one of the two.

I agree with everyone the first is Pseudotropheus zebra. If you do a search you might find Metriaclima/Maylandia being used as the genus. If it turns out to be a male then you'll have what's called a "marmalade cat". The second one I'd say is Labeotropheus species due to the unique mouth. As far as ever knowing exactly which species either fish is then I say good luck since there are way to many morphs that occur naturally and too many breeders that let different morphs crossbreed.

First is Metriaclima callainos OB.
Second, looks more like Labeotropheus trewavasae but something about the fish's mouth doesn't look right for it's species. Got a profile shot?

Thanks for the ID help.. it really helped.. i will get another profile shot of the second fish..thanks

I would like to suggest you look at posting some new larger pic's as I am not able to wild guess these two. Baffled as to how people see OB in the first pic!!!! Maybe the pic is a lot clearer over in the USA, but here is Africa it is not clear.
Second one reminds me of a feulleborni I have but am troubled by the mouth!!!!
:naughty:  :headbang2 :nilly: :woot:  :clap
