hey i have a 125 gallon tank its half way planted and so far i have 18 neon tetras, 5 angelfish and 1 discus i was wondering how many more discus can i add and if there would be any more room for some electric blue rams? thanks

add atleast 5 more discus lone discus are never good

Take the discus out of the tank now angels cause disease and they more aggressive eaters. Move ur discus into another tank with 3or more others

angels cause diasease? are you kidding -.-

the angels will be fine in the tank - the whole "angelfish plague" is much more myth than fact. there is evidence that angelfish have unique diseases that can be passed to discus, but lets face it: there are plenty of other illnesses to worry about. if you maintain and setup your tank with this in mind, i doubt you'll have any problems. my current tank holds four angels with six discus, and there are zero illness, aggression, or feeding issues. definitely keep at least six discus in the tank - more would be alright, if they're still younger, but that isn't exactly an ideal tank to grow out discus in, so keeping older discus in the tank would be better imo. ditch the rams - you'll have enough in the tank already, and mixing the inhabitants too much is likely asking for trouble.

I would just leave the tanks as is with the mates and add at least 5 more discus to the set up after they been "quarantined" you will find your 1 discus less stressed and more Happy since they are a schooling group.
I have GBR's in my Discus tanks with no problems.

This is more myth than fact. I had angels with discus for years with no problem. And like someone above said they have it now.

You have room in there for some more. What's your filtration like?

If you add more discus do not add any that are smaller than your current one or smaller than the angels. Angels can be more aggressive than discus but that depends on the individual fish. But they are hardier faster eaters than discus so do take that into account on size for the new fish. And please do quarantine new additions to the tank.
As for the rams it depends on the diet you have your discus on. They tend to get bloat and die easily on a high protein diet.

 I'm no expert but for sure you need to add 4 or 5 more discus. As to the Angel / Discus debate, I don't know first hand but have seen it done successfully by hobbyist & pros so go for yours. I have GBR's in my group dynamic w/ no problems. The main issue is getting that lone discus some kin his size. They are most comfortable shoaling. "T"
