Hey i got yet another new addition on Saturday night. A 7 to 8 inch palmas bichir. But i have been unsuccessful in getting him to eat in the past 3 nights. This may be because the guy who i bought him from dropped him on the ground while trying to get him in the bag, but im not sure. He looks ok otherwise, just not eating. Any suggestions? Here are some pics:

P.S. Parameters are all normal. Ammonia < 2 Nitrite < 5 Nitrate < 10

pics arent working

Fish looks healthy, not the scrawny specimans one often sees in the LFS.

I would not be to concerned at this point, could still be some aclimanting going on.

Be sure to offer a variety of foods, What have you offerred so far?

I actually bought this fish from a fellow fish keeper, not an LFS. I have tried to feed him shrimp, massivore pellets, bloodworms and carnivore pellets. Prettty much everything in my arsenal at this point. Im thinking about getting some tilapia fillet, as that was what the guy said he fed him.

its prob stressed dont waste money on tlipia just wait 1 week and ur bichir will eat
