need some help

ok i have a 110 with 2 oscars 2 firemouths 1 pleco and a few convict frys ( gunna get rid of the frys as they get bigger but the pair is already gone ) my 2 oscars have HITH, i know my water quility isnt up to par so i was thinking of getting rid of one oscar and just stick with 1 oscar and 2 firemouths, would tha help? is 1 oscar and 2 firemouths overstocking for my 110? if not i was thinking of maybe getting 1 sev to make 1 oscar 1 sev 2 firemouths, is that over stock? and how do you cure HITH, i have no test kits besides ammonia test kit and PH testkit. so which would you do?

hole in the head, a diseies that is hard to cure and is caused by feeding sick feeders ( which i dont ) or bad water quality
