need some help

+1 to cynobacteria. Your nitrates amd/or phosphates are likely high. Most of the time these higher levels will come from overfeeding and/or your skimmer is not working right. Low water flow also helps this stuff grow

will do a water change when i get home... is there something that will eat it, or will i have to just scrub it all off?

you need to resolve the cause of the bloom rather than just removing it. However, there are many species which will eat it most notably hermit crabs.

would the water change not help reslove the problem? i saw someone state that it can be do to high nitrates and phosphate. i also saw some one say low flow. i have 2 koralia evolutions. 1 is a 1050 another is a 750 is that enough for a 55

Its not really about how much flow you can put into the tank, but about how much flow you can get everywhere.

The place where you have cyano probably has low flow.

Phosphates are also the root of the cause, and nitrates to a lesser degree.

I would check your tap water, to make sure the phosphates and nitrates arent coming from there. If not, an h2o change will help.
