I need to know how long to keep the floresent light on in my tank i only have angelfish and neons. I would also like to know what i could feed my angels to make them grow into softball size angels. My father used to grow them and sell to pet stores for 40-50 dolars a pop. I not wanting to sell just make them larger.

Light is by your plant schedule. If it's not a planted tank, only when it's being viewed, as the light annoys the fish. As far as growth, they like high quality water. Frequent water changes to prevent hormone build-up. Keep nitrates, nitrites, and ammonia at zero. Gradually increase the feeding schedule over the course of a couple weeks.
Thank you. right now im feeding all fish at 9am, 5:30 pm, and again at 10:30 pm before i goto bed. is that enuff or is it to much?
