ive recently got my new 125 set up, still kinda lacking cover, but that should change shortly enough. Currently i have 3 1/2 texas, RD, and 5inch FH in it, was curious if putting target fish in would be a good idea, and if so what speices, any help would be apprieciated. ty.

S$
tinfoils
lemon barbs

yep. Tinfoils work well, but get big.
Bala's work
Silver Dollars

go with the SD = 6'' max size and alot of movement

awesome, SD's sound like they'd be a good match, how many 3-4? i dont want my tank to be to overcrowded when they grow out, but i dont want them thumping the hell out of eachother either if thats even gonna be possible with...this little RD has a temper already....

Mascara barbs work well and are not as common. In my ninety I have a school of 15 Aurilus barbs for my Geophagus Altrifons that work well. they

Red Hooks get huge. So if you get them, no more than 3 i would say.
Regular Silver Dollars dont get as big (i dont think).
I would say 4 or 5 regular SDs should be good for your tank. You want a few so they dont end up getting racked by those Cichlids. Safety in numbers.
