I know someone in NJ that has had a huge one in their koi pond for a number of years. Really nice fish. No problem overwintering the fish outdoors.

there was a huge one in the Miami MetroZoo Asian exhibit, probably good for large coldwater setups like they do for koi and other miscellaeous cyprinids

I have one in my 180 now i wont keep him long but ive been having trouble with keeping another one alive. i bought 1 but they said its good to keep two so i got another one but that one died, so i bought another one this past weekend and he died like three days ago. idk

If you ever want to sell the one you have, please let me know.

I've had them in the past, but unfortunately they were too small, and my koi ate them. oops.

HiFin sharks do well in outdoor ponds. I got three in a koi pond and they're about 12". Black stripes have disappeared and some red is showing on the body. Very hard to keep once they get big because they are slow eaters and they need a lot to sustain.
