How big will a Venezuela pike get in captivity and how fast do they grow? (if you've had experience)

They will get around 14 inches I think, and with the right conditions, they will grow very quickly. I got mine at around 4 inches, and it grew I think around 1.5 inches a month until I got rid of it at 12 inches.

Mainly because my Argentea was somewhat aggressive towards it. Other than that, it was a great fish to own. They aren't the best looking pike, but I still really liked mine. Here are some before and after pics of it:

Sounds about right. growth rate all depends on water qualities, food in take, ect.
