Need some more help stocking.

I need some more help stocking my 150. So far I have a 6" Tiger Oscar, 3 firemouths, and 4 Geo Surinamesis. Im trying to find a good pleco that dosn't grow huge.

I have a bristlenose in my 120. He's still only about 5 inches. I assume he's full grown as he is about five years old now. He's ALWAYS hiding though.

i got a rubber lips pleco they omly get like 5" or so and eat loads of algae.
