need some plant help

i setup by buddys 40 for him. hwta we want to do is get that plant that grows on the bottom kinda like grass, and it grows up the drift wood and stuff. its like moss i guess but looks like grass, does anyone know what i should us, where to get some, and what i should do to set the tank up for it, oh and i would love pics. where looking to get the tank all green on the bottom and up on the drift wood. thanks for the help

i don't think that glossostigma will attach to driftwood like you're wanting. i believe only java fern and the mosses will do that along with anubia. but i could be wrong. as stated in another thread, i wouldn't go with the CO2 just yet. you can always add it later if you NEED it. many plants will do just fine without.
