I had a big bag of Epson salt sitting on top of my 150g when I lifted one one the doors to do a water change it tiped over and I'm guessing about 3/4 to one cup went in. I'm going to now do a 50 % water change becuz it kinda freaked me out any advice on the subject would be invouluble thx.

Depending on the size of your tank, and the life you have it may not do any damage
50& water change will clear it up

No worries you and your fish should be fine unless you are keeping something really sensitive to salt
