Need some suggestions plumbing a UV inline with Rena Xp4

Recently purchased a Laguna 2000 for my 90g from Dragon Hunter...great transaction by the way. Anyway, I would like to plumb it inline with my Rena XP4. I believe the flex-pipe on the Rena 5/8" and the Laguna has adapters for 1/2", 3/4", and 1".
Any ideas or pics of your setups.....

use a hose barb 5/8" to 3/4" adapter from tubing for the rena into tubing for the uv. Probably the most cost effective way to do what you want.

First, make sure you plumb the UV to the discharge side of the filter. This will keep your UV cleaner, longer.
Next, mount the UV so the tubing will not get kinked. Use flexible tubing, a bit undersized. Heating the tubing ends in hot water will help get it on the fittings.
Its fairly straight forward at this point. I would suggest securing the tubing that is going to the spraybar or whatever your return is. The movement may cause it to leak over time.
