Need some sump Ideas

Setting up a 360 gallon and want to build a sump either a 75 gallon with baffles or a 100 gallon rubber made tub and a 50 breeder next to it

I have built all kids of sumps for saltwater and basic freshwater, but I want this to be a kick a@@ sump so I can heavly stock the display tank

I would love to do k-1 but that stuff is Pricey

Would pot scrubbers and bio balls in the rubber made tub work as a moving bed filter and then do mechanical in the 50 breeder and have it overflow into the tub?

You have the right idea. Scrubbies and Bio-Balls have worked well for decades. They may not win a beauty contest, but similar to the saying "No one is ugly after 2am", no sump is ugly in a stand with closed doors.
