Go to petsmart.... Now I wouldn't normally shop there.. But I learned this tid bit tonight, and thought I'd pass it on... To at least save some people some money.

Anyways. Print out what you want on the persmart website, and bring it in. They'll price match.. Today I bought two 228 powersweeps for 27 dollars each. And they had them listed at 49.99 each. So I saved a bunch. Alot of people go and buy their saltwater mix there. Basically you get the online price, which they try to compete with other online retailers. And don't have to pay shipping and get it that day!

If I ever go back to buy anything, I'll definitely check their website first. It's basically an instant discount.

I hope this isn't advertising, just trying to pass on useful info, to the next guy :nilly::banhim:

P.S. I heard that some people get a cashier/manager that doesn't know their corporate policy. If they won't do it, just get their manager number and store number. It is corporate wide. When I did it today, they even had a button to do it on the register. press f2 to pricematch website or catalog... It just auto adjusts.

Yes, it can be any website. I have done it with bigalsonline.com twice.
 
i have asked about this before and i was told they will NOT match any online ppl but they will do what there website says

I've done it a dozen. They don't do it anymore. They will only match their own website price now.
I did get good deals from them when they would pricematch other vendors though. That's how I got all my XP3's for less than $90 each and AC 110's less than $40.

now i am not saying pm any web site wont work. some people dont know and do it anyways but its hit or miss.
 
what they told me is ur really supposed to print the online sale price including the shipping. so u gotta pay for that too... but they still let me go w/out the shipping though haha cuz i didn't do it :)
