I just moved my group of 15 skunk loaches 1.5"-2" into a 75gal tank I had them in a 30 long with about 12 3/4" green tiger barbs and 6 2" black ruby barbs ... it was a nice active tank but they completely devoured all of my green barbs and started killing of the black rubys so i moved them downstairs where there isnt much light other than the tank light and one small cellar window in the room. Now they are in the 75 gal with my 6-7" striped raphael cat. they are hiding under driftwood all the time and id like for them to be out all over the tank like they were before. Looking for fish to add that would be good possible tankmates and get them back out in the open Please. Appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

no suggestions? I guess im looking into getting some small rasboras or danios. The skunks are out and about on the bottom of the tank but really like to stay inside and underneath the log in the tank. Im looking to add a few more log caves into the tank as well. Thanks.

Ive considered bolivian rams but ive gotten out of cichlids, dont want anything that would pair up and cause havoc. Id like something that would group or swim together and cause no harm to the skunk loaches.

Africans(except jewels) don't pair up...they are harem keepers :)

I suggest milder but active ones...like yellow labs and P. Acei...avoid pscyhos(identity of which can probably found by asking around in the african section)

I have them and a few of the larger haps in a 300 with my clowns and red tail loaches and the loaches always are out and about with no aggression whatsoever.

Some of the robust barbs might be a nice choice. Rosy Barbs, for example, are very active, good looking, and big enough to hang with the skunks.

Giant Danio's. They are fast and can take a beating.
