I have always fed my oscar a quality pellet food with the ocational treat of live fish. I fed live aproximatly once a month and only in moderation. Well I took about 30 small comunity fish off someones hands with the intention of another treat for my fish I have a JD and a green terror who are smaller and could only eat a few of the smaller fish. My oscar is about 9in and ate most of the fish. Well I think the problem started with the fact that this is the first time he had leftovers in fact it lasted him 3 days and now he spits the pellets out and I don't think he has eaten in about 5 days. I need help getting him back on pellets.

give it two ore days if not try frozen blood worms then throw in some occasional pellets see if he would take them or not, good luck!

the ones I had ate everything that came in there including an ocassional scorpion that might have worked hes way in there.. i agree with famous 323 that should do the trick or starve them a bit just enough to get them to eat not to kill them

i have a solution to your problem!!! just crush up the pellets and then make a mold that looks like a FISH!!!! you know like the gold fish crackers and then mix in some gelatin and vwahla!!! pellets that look like real fish!!! hahaha jokin man but seriously why hasn't anyone done this hahaha yeah right
