ANY ONE

Any one else

as far as I know you arent allowed to ship live animals over seas without the proper paperwork...

And for best packing I would get your buddy to talk to the courier you would be using.

you need to download the form to request an import/export permit. Go
to http://forms.fws.gov/3-200-3.pdf for the form. You will need to fill it
out and send them a check for $50 (it might be more now). Once you get the
import/export form, and you want to import, you'll need to fill out a 3-177
form, plus Customs forms for each shipment you bring in. Each shipment is
usually subject to a $55 inspection fee, plus whatever fees Customs charges.

any way to just ship it in a regular unmarked box?then they wouldnt know whats in it if it was fish or not then it would be alotttttt cheaper

like just a cardboard box with the fish in a sealed container inside

ummmm no....

as soon as they feel that there is a liquid in the box 1 of 2 things will happen...

1) They dont want to risk it so they destroy the box before looking in it, bomb prevention...

2) Look in side and destroy the fish...

sending live stock over seas isnt cheap, and there is no "cheap" way around it. I recommend you get fish from a local source.
