Hey all, Im making a move from IL to Rhode Island on thursday over to friday and have a few of the gf's fish to bring. Shes too attached, so selling and buying new are not options. The fish to be moved are a 5" albino rainbow shark, 1" platy, 1" molly, and a big male betta.

You guys have any thoughts on how to move them? They have to put put in their transporter thing on Wednesday night and will be in it until Friday afternoon. I have the options of bag or buckets. I will not have pure oxygen.

What I am thinking is the bucket route, all into one, with an airstone put in through a lid. I would drop a .heater in it each night. Thoughts? Suggestions? Thanks guys. I really need them to live! :)

should be fine, don't feed for a few days before, keep the temp stable, drop your bio media in the bucket. if staying at a hotel or whatever, do a water change :)

won't hurt.
