i have a 7-8" TSN in a 220 gallon tank and the past several weeks it hasnt moved unless scared, hasnt eaten, and its color keeps changing. Tonight i got a close look at it and noticed hundreds of microscopic parasites all over it and I believe this is the cause of it not eating ot moving. The other issue is that none of its tankmates like the tsn, except the pleco which is 9". I have a small ammount of ick/parasite medicine, and I'm leaving for the weekend tomorrow morning.
So my big question is; can i move the tsn into my 35 gallon for aa week or so to treat it and get it eating again?
I dont think the size is a big deal because the fish is still pretty small, but it my be.
The fish in the 35 are 2 4" bala sharks, 2 3" redfin tinfiol barbs, 2 7" ropefish, 1 3" african butterfly, 1 4" irridesent shark, 1 5" african knife, 1 6" clown knife, 2 7" dragon gobies, and 1 4" pleco. The tank is extremely over filtered too and ive never seen any aggression in this tank, its a grow-out.
Any advice?

I don't know enough about medicating to give you advice on that subject. I would be worried about the TSN tryig to eat the other fish if he starts to feel better - you would be amazed at the size of fish they can fit in their mouths...

do you have a rubbermaidtub you can put him in and add a hob? Thats what I used to do when someone had parasites. It would be best to treat him ina tank alone so the other fish dont risk exposure. Just my .2cents worth
