Need urgent help

Why is my three spot gourami bleeding from mouth and laying on its side at the bottom. Please tell me how to treat it and urgently. it was fine till tommorow

If it was fine recently it might be an injury from darting into some decoration or the side of the tank, if the injury is not immidiatly fatal you could move him to another tank and treat it with antibiotics to avoid an infection from the wound.
But if I have to be honest it doesnt sound pretty.

If it’s trauma related then clean water, dim lights and wait it out.

sorry for the late reply, i was busy. my gourami has no tank mates, and I don't think it was injured since I didn't keep any decoration or rocks in the tank.I added rock salt today. Right now the gourami is still lying on its side with its tail upwards in the water. It seems unable to move or swim.
