Hello, need your helping understanding what's going on with my convict cichlid. he developed a white growth just in front of the base of his left pectoral fin. it actually started as two small separate growths about a month ago; they rapidly grew over the course of 4-5 days. Two weeks ago the same thing happened on the right side--same location just in front of the base of the pectoral fin. he shows no signs of being sick. no others are sick. what is this--is it Lymphocystis? thank you!
