Is it possible to breed blue gourami (female) with gold gourami (male)......?

Yes, in most cases the gold is simply a farm bred colour morph of the blue gourami and shouldn't have any issues breeding with a regular blue

I want to breed them but the female blue chasing the gold male gourami is it normal?

With Gouramis it can happen, just make sure that they have space to hide in there
