Please only people with experience and knowledge on Jags and Freddies.:)

I was under the belief my female was a Friedrichsthalii however several Mfk'ers have suggested she is a Jag.I am wondering if she is a hybrid now myself.I did see the parents of her.The father was almost identical to the bright fish pictured. The mother was like the other one,Much more plain. She was sold to me as a Freddy but stranger things have happened.I might add that they were the only fish in the tank too.

Could she be a mix of the two?The photo of my female doesn't do her justice as to how yellow she actually is.
In all honesty ,I would be happier if she is a Jag as the offspring from her and my Male Synspilum would end up growing larger than previously thought.

What is your opinion?:)

the father does look like he could be a cross between the two, and the brighter yellow doesnt look like any jag ive seen before...but your female looks pretty much all jag, except her flat forehead. maybe she has a small part of freddy in her, but it wouldnt be very much

More Jag than Friedrichsthalii, in any case...
