I am looking for a 180-220 gallon aquarium. My tax return is coming in 2-3 weeks so the search is underway. I am only getting $1,565 back.
I have run across this 220 gallon that comes with everything including fish and canister filters.
The guy wants 1,100 dollars for it. Is this a good deal? He won't budge on price.
I am usually not crazy but spending a lot of money on used aquariums.
I will bring some of the fish to the lfs for credit. I'll just keep the spotted silver dollars.

I think $1100 could be a fair price for the setup. Can’t really see the stand or brands of filters and lights but I would pay that much assuming everything is in good condition.

That being said if you are willing to wait I am sure you could get a better deal. I looked for a good bit before I scored my 150.

Have not seen in person yet. He says there are more fish and equipment than listed. I may end up getting it. Only thing is he is a few hours away so distance is the factor. Also would need to rent a u-haul and a couple of strong guys which would probably be costly. but well worth it.
