ON MY 125 GAL I HAVE 3 AQUACLEAR 110'S .I DO 30GAL WATER CHANGES WEEKLY I ALTERNATE FILTERS EACH WEEK ,QUESTION IS I RINSE CARBON BAG AND CERAMIC NOODLES EACH WEEK,HOW OFTEN WOULD RINSE SPONGE ?I WAS TOLD IF I DO IT TO FREQUENTLY YOUR KILLING GOOD BACTERIA,RIGHT NOW I RINSING ONCE A MONTH,ISHOULD I WAIT LONGER?I HAVE ALOT A FISH IN TANK 14 FISH AT ABOUT 6INCHES EACH ....ANY ANSWERS APPRECIATED..........

If you do it alternately once a week and as long as you are using tank water to clean it, then it should be fine. I have to say that you are a bit underfiltered and i would recommend adding at least a canister filter for that tank , if not for more current and mechanical filtration.
yea it it is a little under filtered.i have a 110 and a 70 on my 65.what i did is replaced the sponge with bio-max? and pre filter the intakes for mechanical filtration.I'm also running a power head with homemade mechanical filter on it,doing it this way i only service the intakes and power head weekly.pitch the carbon and swap with bio-max.rarely rinse your bio if ever.only if you get a lot of gunk in there.30 gallons a week sounds low for that size tank.monitor your nitrates weekly if your above .40ppm then larger water change is needed.a good canister filter would be a good idea like stated before.GOOD LUCK-sorry jumped the gun on my math your filtres are running 12 times per hour you should be fine....
I would rinse them out every time with so little filtration.. You aren't going to kill your good bacteria in a 30% water change and rinsing your filtration even if your rinsed it in your sink which not many people do.. But even if you did you would kill all the good bateria in a 125 gallons ....
