NEEDIN SOME HELP

hey guys I have FINALLY found the name of the Plant I have been wanting for a VERY LONG time now (Riccia fluitans)

I have a 110g. Oceanic Tank I am wanting to get this stuff to take it over

what do I need to do

PLEASE HELP I am NEW TO THE WORLD OF LIVE PLANTS and have VERY SHALLOW Pockets to NOT TO MUCH TO SPARE ON LIGHTING AND CO2 SYSTEMS

is there ANY POSSIBLE way I can get the Crystalwort to take hold as GROUND COVER I would prefer it cover a good 90% of my ground and rocks

i do believe ricca requires high light and lots of CO2.

It will grow with low to medium light but really thrives with the addition of CO2.
