Hey guys, since i am past the basic beginning stages of aquarium keeping i decided to stay as a part of the forum and start to help others, i am regurgitating information i have found or seen given by other experienced members, but some people like the now retired cichlaguapote cichlaguapote said young guns like me should not be running around the forum.

Please give me sincere critique or advice on giving advice and maintaining a good image. Thanks, Hendre

Add on: anything regarding my behaviour or attitude as well. I want to make myself a more respectable member, not one renowned for bad things. Thanks

I like you. You're not attention hungry and for the most part any of the parroted advice you've given hasn't been bad advice. Well... From what I've seen.
Just keep doing what you're doing.

So did a comment/insult from cichlaguapote prompt you to make this thread?

If u truly know about a subject, give advice. But a few things to avoid saying r stuff like" it's obvious u know nothing about... Or why do u ... Sort of comments

Well i would think if someone intends to keep 2 oscars in a 30 gallon then they dont know much about fishkeeping? Please elaborate?

I think what he's trying to say is don't be confrontational. There is plenty of us to do that already.
