Needlenose not eating.

Gave him feeders, he wont eat them. I would see him fallow the feeders but never took any action at striking them.

I even tryed holding a feeder infront of him but he would just swim away from it.

Will be giving garlic extract a go tomarrow night to see if that helps.

Anyone knows what else to do?

You just got the fish give it some time to settle down..Needlefish are really nervous animals in general and it will take a bit for it to get out of fright mode.
Leaving it alone and not messing with it will help alot toward getting the fish situated and relaxed.

agreed! i have one. give him some time.
 
Alot of time mine wouldn't eat if I was watching him. Also make sure your tank isn't in a high traffic area because people walking around the tank will make him nervous and less likely to eat regularly.
