Needs urgent help.....

Can see the ulcers on the head, but can't make out anything on the body.

It looks like HITH/Lateral line erosion condition.

It usually comes about from stress, combined with the presence of Spironucleus (a flagellate).

To tackle this, you need to identify the environmental causes and have it remedied. Dosing the tank with metronidazole would help. Once the environmental factors are corrected and medication applied, the holes will close up quickly. The scars could remain though, but the fish would be safe from the disease.

Fir the HITH: Do daily/every other day water changes. Add aquarium salt and melafix. Never, ever mix meds because this will make the situation worse.

For the Guppy issue: If you had a kid, would you give him/her cake every day of his/her life? They wouldn't grow, they may like it though. Stop any and all feeding. ALL! Just starve him for weeks if needed. In the wild they would go very long amounts at a time with out any/minimal food. So this is fine. Than like once a week while starving, throw some pellets etc in there, he'll give in eventually.

Good luck

does he keep on flashing and scraping himself against rocks and stuff? if he is its not hith its an infection which you need to treat ASAP if not he will be dead in days. one of my micros came in like this a few weeks ago. had the same tear in his tail and everything but he was flashing like crazy and all his scales were dropping off. you need pristine water.
