What are the chances of neon gobies ending up infected with the parasites they eat off other fish? One of my gobies is beginning to look ich infected? what should i do besides the obvious? Will neon gobies clean each other? Thanks for the help.

Good question in my experience observing a group of neon gobies in a tank that got ich they didn't to my knowledge or observation's really clean each other I believe the aquairst tank they were in treated them and they were fine. But they may clean each other I just haven't seen it myself.

i actually bought a cleaner wrasse that got ich...
aside from quarantining all new fish, the best i would think you could do would be cleaner shrimp, they are a little more delicate than fish and can work on smaller ones

I did the same with a six line, then got a skunk cleaner shrimp and it all went away.
