can I use a school of 10 neon tetras as dither fish with 3 blood parrots and 4 electric yellow labs

What dither fish do you suggest? are Barbs safe? what else?

I bought 10 black skirts its been 6 hours now and they are safe no attacks on them the parrots where curious at the beginning. The dominant male tried to chase them out of his territory but their movement as a group prevents the parrots from biting them.

The other two parrots are still hiding I will see if that changes by time and will update
