Just Googled it - incurable, fatal, and contagious. If I euthanize this fish with clove oil, what can I do to limit the chances of the disease spreading to others?
Yes unfortunately it’s contagious so at this point keep the water as clean as possible and euthanize each fish quickly that develops symptoms. Sorry to hear as it sucks losing fish, especially worse euthanizing them yourself.

No chemicals are needed, just keep the nitrates as low as you're able to. I have never personally seen nor heard of anyone losing an entire colony of fish due to the mycobacterium so I wouldn't be too concerned.
