I was feeding / medicating my fish and i got a little bit of these chemicals in my eye what should i do? Its swollen but i dont think it requires doctor attention yet has this happened to anyone ?

Aquazole has metronidazole and potassium sulfate whereas Neoplex has neomycin sulfate and potassium sulfate. I'd not worry about the metro. Potassium sulfate and neomycin sulfate though are quite concerning. How are your eyes right now? If you got your eyes in contact with such, then flush your eyes with water for several minutes. If your eyes remain swollen, then see your doctor and ask for assistance.
Next time, if you are dealing with chemicals and doubt what would happen if you come in direct contact with it especially by ingestion, ask your doctor. There is no point why not if you want to save yourself from potential risks.
