Neosho strain smallie?

Neosho Smallmouth have a prominent dark spot on the rear of the gill cover. The jaw extends slightly farther back then a northern smallmouth, almost reaching the rear of the eye. It is mainly found in tributaries of the Arkansas River in Oklahoma, Arkansas, & Missouri.

I can't tell from the photo where the mouth ends but I don't see the dark spot on the gill cover. So I would say no, its not a Neosho Smallmouth.

Also Neosho Smallmouth Bass have 13 dorsal rays, and a protruding jaw (teeth visible from above). Well we can't tell what the view from above would look like, but I count 14 rays in the dorsal fin so again just a northern smallmouth.
