Hi everyone, today i just bought a freshwater needle fish and he is about maybe 3 or 4 inches and I'm not sure if he is just nervous or if he is being bullied by the other fish i have in that tank, which include 3 angel fish, a severum, blood parrot and manganese cichlid. My tank is a 37 gallon. I also have a 10 gallon tank that is empty and i can put him in there if he is being bullied and move him back when he gets bigger.

You need a way bigger tank imo. Please return the needle.
The jaguar alone needs 75g+. He will kill the angels and sev btw when he gets bigger. Return the needle fish.

both.. needlefish are schooling fish.. and are very docile unless your small enough to fit in it's mouth. they aren't aggressive at all just small fish eaters. Your other fish will eventually kill it... size not mattering. they also get 12" and need room to swim and school. 37 gallons is way to small for these active fish.
Even if you get a bigger tank, your fish are not compatible. You really need to do some more research on the fish you have...
