Never add chemicals and go into emergency to remove rocks

Well I tested my tank for stuff and because it was high just a bit I added some Primer brand stuff. Now this morning my angle (yes my new loved white with black one) snipped fell in between the new lava rock shelter and the glass. The only way to get it out (yes I do know they can change between male and female) was to remove the lava rocks so a slide would not happen. Once that was done the fish had died from what I do not know.

The funny thing is that the point is that I have a wound on my hand that now burns like hell and needs some stuff on it so that the Primer stuff does not cause some wierd non-fish effection.

Final words; if you have added any chemical (not including baking soda for ph) do not put you have in your tank if it has a small cut (for me dont ask how but a toliet set).

I can only suggest that you return any fish / fishkeeping equipment that you may own and find a new hobby. Quick.

My apologies, I have just read your other postings and realised I may have been a bit harsh. It may be best to ask questions in the various forums and read the the instructions on the packaging of anything before adding it to your aquarium water. As a note I am not sure if adding baking soda to your water is a good way of altering your pH.
