its been in transit for over a week now. didn't have the option to choose a expedited service or i would have.... worst way to ship ever.

well ya an this time of year, think of how many packages are in the mail system this month. with weather an the load of so many boxs. u haft to expect this to happen. im still waiting on a package as well.
A week and a half ago I ordered from PetMountain some hikari foods, and they got here after the weekend (I ordered on a Thursday.) That was USPS tho.
see i ordered on the 20th and it got here tonight at like 7:45pm.....but i guess thats how it goes....they just had no answers for me when i called and were not willing to help me....it was a fedex location not even a mile away from my house and wouldnt hold it or any thing.
