I just picked up a 1.5" front today. Ive been having problems introducing new fish to my tank. My Front and Yellow lab are the only two cichlids that live in there. They bully the heck out of anything I put in there causing death or a rehome. So went to the lfs, the guy said try adding smaller fish so they dont see them as a threat. I tried it didnt go to well. So i built a divider today. Im going to use it a s a grow out. Im adding a bunch of small cichlids this weekend. Found some nice 3/4"-1" black calvus for 7 bucks. And maybe some troph's!!

Okay, long term fronts and mbuna not a great mix. Fronts spoke easily and mbuna are nippy. Also anything small enough to fix in your front's mouth will be eaten. They eat when most of the fish sleep.

Trophs are nippy as well, mixing trophs with some of the other stock ideas can end badly. When adding new fish I add multiple fish. One fish can be singled out.
