new 100 gal fresh stocking???

i jst got a new 100 gal for xmas and i was thnking about putting my 5'' oscar in it , is it possible to stock anything else with it, if so any suggestions?

Sure, there are a bunch of medium growing / medium aggressive Cichlids you could put with it.

Green Terror, Severum, Jack Dempsey... just to name a few common ones...

You could probily put one or two more medium size fish in with the Oscar , but dont forget that Oscars can up to 12inch them selfs so you shouldnt really get anything that will not grow to about the same size , so the Oscar will not eat their tank mate (s) or that the Oscar wont bully the other fish .

Jack Dempsy , Severum , Acara , Pleco , Jaguar , Convict , Fire Mouth , Texas .

Maybe a Lima Catfish or a simaler size catfish which wont eat the Oscar them selfs .

There's just few diffrent Fish that i can think of at the moment .

i have a 100 gallon also and put my 7in oscar in with it, i stocked my tank with all medium sized chiclids, jack dempsy, blood parrot, fire mouth, frontosa, and a few others and it is a perfect community
