so im getting a new 125 gallon tank and i would like to paint the bottem and back of the tank so what is the cheapest and easyist materiel to use and also that i can find on amazon or home depo

I always use a matte black latex wall paint for my tanks from HD. I use a paint roller and brush to apply and usually takes a couple coats to fully cover. Don't forget to use painters tape if you are sloppy or don't want to get it on the plastic tank trim. I do paint the tanks with the surface I want to paint facing up though that is personal preference. ?

Black foam board from the craft section at the dollar is is pretty cheap

how many ounces will i need the bottem is 22" x 72" the back is 24" x 72"
I bought the smallest can of latax paint, its like the 6-8oz test can. I have painted 3 30's and a 55 with enough paint to probably do the 55 again, with 3 coats every time. It does peel easily but can be spot touched up easily and will be a breeze to remove if I should want to!
