Wow, I am surprised it has been 3 months by how clean it all looks.
You bought some really big rocks, they look real nice. IMO, I like the gap in the middle and don't think you should fill it in.
One thing I would look into is the Zoanthids. I don't know how long they have been there, so they may still be adjusting, but they look to me to be a little more brownish than they should be. I can see the underlying colors and they should really pop. They may need more or less light depending on what you are running.
