This is my biggest tank to date, and about as big as I can get away with in my apartment. I've had a 55 African setup, and more recently a 75 CA/SA.

After lurking for a while it looks like a lot of the unique things are out of my range, i.e. rays, aros, a lot of the other ancients.

With a 125, what would you do? I like the look of a lot of the eels and it looks like a peacock would work, maybe even a tire track. With that as a start, what else? The more fish the better as far as I'm concerned.

That actually would be kind of cool, just sourcing them would be a PITA I'd think. Aside from catching them myself that is. I did JUST buy a heater last night...

I would do a Tanganyikan community and include a Tanganyikan eel if you can find one. That would be a fish you don't often see

Although I've never kept many tanganyikan's, I'm sure this would be awesome (as not many people do tanganyikan setups compared to malawi setups)!! Some tanganyikan eels would really be the icing on the cake IMO

If thats not really your cup of tea, a peacock/hap tank would be great also.

The eel looks amazing! I'd think a larger eel along with 10 or so fronts would be pretty cool.

Wow, I just noticed you have 20 posts and you joined in Mar 2008. You need to visit MFK more often lol :) & ya, that sounds like a great idea. do it man.
