Ok well i wasnt planning on putting any female cons in there.. I have a breading pair on one of my 55s and i usually feed the fry to my other tanks.. So what your saying is a 125 can only hold the 3 cichlids and a couple pictus cats?.. Naw ... Ill be able to add more... Thanks tho...

No, you could have more depending on the cichlid.

However your cichlids are pretty good sized and may kill other fish you try to add. With that said an Oscar or FM would be good choices.

I would agree that you have room for some more fish. Convicts can be very nasty, I would avoid acaras or other "pushover" non-aggressive cichlids. an Oscar would work but keep in mind how big they get and bioload, I wouldn't do more than one. I think some other good options would be green terror, nicaraguense, texas, salvini, to name a few. I think on top of the fish you have, 2-3 more cichlids is reasonable. Just have a divider on hand until you get your mix right, CA cichlids are unpredictable and finding the right mix for a community might not work first shot.

I would say your good as is. As the fish grow and convicts spawn you won't have any room left. a 125 is really not that big
Thinking all male tank... So i can plan it out for my mane tank... Ive got a few tanks going and have experience in how some fish breed i had some firemouths a while back that got pretty good sized and died of stress during my last move... All my other fish made it except 4 or 5 tigerbarbs...i was also thinking about adding a school of giant danios to the 125 for some movement.... My fish are kinda lazy and dont run around the tank alot un less its feeding time or there spooked would a few acaras go good with that bunch... If anything starts breeding in there i will take the pair out and give them there own tank

I am planing on adding all sexed fish into the tank.... I just hevent cat a lot of different cichlids... Not sure of the temperament of a lot of them....
