Posted yesterday or so my 55g with 8 red belly piranhas. Had just moved them all to my 125. They are not that big right now. Biggest at 2.5 inches smallest at 1 inch. They have a lot of room so hopefully they will all survive.

My next step is to get a background, then to maybe finish the stand or at least make it look better but dont want to do anything that will make it so I have to drain the tank.

Also plan on getting some slate or some more rocks in the tank. Maybe a bit more driftwood.

Any suggestions are appreciated

Last pick is of my blue crayfish that will hopefully live.

Dot mind the close up of the molly :headbang2

Nice. I agree with Notorious - a black background will make it look 100x better.

look great! If you ever do drain it a painted back would look great, Black or that open water blue.

That cray might be OK for now but those P's will eventually get him.

I did want to paint the tank but I had to take the fish that went with the tank so I had to fill up the tank immediately. I really dont want to drain the tank and refill at this point so going with just the black background.

I also wanted black gravel or sand but the natural gravel is going to have to do for now.

I also had a different blue cray that was much smaller with them when they were even smaller. The cray molted the day after I got him and didnt see him again after that. This one is a lot bigger but still not expecting him to live forever. I only paid 1.25 for each of the blue crays.

Thanks for all the comments from everyone

Your tank looks awesome! My piranhas just ate a crayfish I had in their tank for a while, but they are much bigger than yours are.
